It is! It has two locations but the original on the fan is the best. It's has 2 sides, a bar and then a dinning. The bar is the best side imo.

Lived in RVA for a few years down near strawberry street. My favorite place was to go to Joe's inn in the fan. Dark, large portions, great beer. Garnett's is nice for a sandwich.
