Personally, I'd see what the return process is. If you don't get what you ordered, you have the right to receive the proper item. DHGate makes a big deal out of having checks and balances in place for the buyer too.

This seems like a nice, no mess way of making some abv oil/butter. How do you ensure you get all the oil off the sides of the chamber? Would a rubber spatula suffice? I've been looking for a quick way to make smaller amounts of abv butter.
