Relatively! Not as cheap as my d-020:\ But relatively cheap @100 bucks. Also- a crappy vid of my tornado! This is a seriously nice piece of glass! Too much water I believe, but if you want that giant tornado, ya do what you have to! Takes some lungs to clear that hollow foot.
