I’ve personally never had any issue with customer support from POTV. Their predicted delivery date is usually 1-4 days optimistic, but that could be local USPS. They do have a POTV group on Reddit that they check on fairly often and they’ll usually get back to you quick.

I’ve used some The Lobo is pretty forgiving. I had some old 18650s from my old nicotine mods that I used until my news ones came in. Only problem was a very short life before recharge. I’m using newer, better ones now.
