The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

I agree it needs to bridge off active conduction, that's why I do it with the inverted capsule lid as it nests directly against the heated sidewalls to continue the conduction effect across the top of the load. I used to use the mesh pad, but being stainless steel it doesn't have the same...

    Mighty Vs. Firewood

That’s true, but so does a joint! This is often viewed as a negative for conduction devices, but I think perhaps there are scenarios where this is preferable - if you look at the results from one of the only analytical comparisons I’ve ever seen for vaporizers; the Arizer Solo extracted more...

The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

@daoist try using the lid from a dosing capsule, if you invert it, the taper will sit perfectly in the mighty bowl. This gives you conduction on all sides and on top of the herb, with convection coming from below.

    Mighty Vs. Firewood

The Mighty can milk a bong pretty well. Not a fast heatup by today’s standards but once it gets there you can vape the whole bowl in one or two hits with near perfect AVB. That’s pretty challenging to do, even with the latest releases.

    MiniVAP Vaporizer

Bruh! If you really want to test the power, try loading half as much as you'd normally load in your crafty, not double. 😄😄

Dang that one turned out pretty dope in person! Any former sneakerheads here? This glaze reminds me of HUFQUAKE

You can heat something too fast and experience negative performance from not achieving a good heat soak/thermal equilibrium. Here's an analogy I've used on here before. If I properly heat soak my cast iron skillet over medium heat, the entire pan will be so hot you can't even touch the handle...

    Tafée Bowle

I'm not sure why they're still telling people that when they literally have no replacement units to send out. They assured me a speedy replacement as well before admitting they couldn't do anything as they have no inventory. I wish you the best of luck, the day before I mailed Bowle in I had...

Do you qtip that part of the dish when you do a dab? Could just be condensed oil turning into carbon. Silicon carbide is notorious for looking clean while being dirty. The black color hides the dirt pretty well, compared to translucent materials like quartz, or sapphire. I used to be surprised...

hazy memory here 🙃 but it was posted in here somewhere, It's a 16mm barrel coil around a Quartz tube with thru-holes. There's a nice enclosure to tidy up the kit.

    Mighty Vs. Firewood

The Mighty is a good option for people who don't inhale long. You can puff on it like a joint, for just a second or two, and still get a good amount of vapor. Also it vapes more evenly than 99% of devices. But it doesn't heat up fast.

The most important vaporization discussion we need to have. (Your Vape Mail)

After thinking about this a while, I do not anticipate nor expect to see any new distinctions or clarifications in legislation made to “protect” our industry, whatsoever. And the reason is “why.” Why would they? Certainly the idea that vaporizing is healthier than smoking is out the door, that...

    Mighty Vs. Firewood

I would probably recommend a desktop for your first vaporizer. Once you get used to vaping from a powerful device, then you will be able to make a more informed decision over what kind of portable you really want. That said, if joints are your main form of consumption I could see a stem based...

    How dangerous is un-combusted butane?

The sticky brick has a lot of wood flavor to me. At first I thought it was the butane but now i think it's because you can barely clean them, so the porous wood retains a lot of its own musk. I notice pretty large flavor differences between my all glass DIY and my brick with the same source of...

    vapolaborium. Jaw drop.

But isn’t it just conduction? From the picture of the magnetic stir bar and flower whizzing around, it looks like herb is loaded in the boiling flask and heated on the mantle. Basically a Dry Distillation, in laboratory speak.

That said, I've been curious of trying proper water cooled condenser in a vapor setup for a while.

That’s a lot of work for a conduction vaporizer. edit: why is no one talking about him doing a butane extraction in the same device, and you thought your Woodscents was versatile!!
