To put it simply, a jar with a raised platform will suffice. just put the pack on an elevated surface so it does not come into direct contact with the water, and put it in a warm place. this does remove some amount of functionality if left for too long though.

luckily it can also absorb water vapor. so it is somewhat reusable.

if you're getting pollen, you're doing it wrong. try to find something that was grown in a strictly pollen free environment, I.E. controlled indoor conditions. other than that you have to have a better resolve.
