Where I am living has some electricity problems, (I think my stereo and computer draw too much power not leaving enough for my dog) because he never gets warm enough to use. Would a VVPS fix this?

My cyclone bowl is stuck onto my heating core, I pulled with most of my strength and tried turning, im afraid if I pull any harder I may pull things out that aren't suppose to be coming out. Does anyone do anything to prevent vapor from rising out of the stem while direct drawing? I try to keep my finger over the top but was wondering if anyone had better ideas.

I prefer my vapor water filtered any day, except a party. However I only like to use my glass when its super clean, and I am too lazy to clean it, so 90% of the time I direct draw without filtration.
