Is this what's suppose to happen? I seem to remember on the old unit the light would turn green when it's done charging.

Is there some kind of indicator on the new unit to show that the battery is fully charged? Mine seems to just keep charging.

Has anyone tested the new units to see how long the battery last? I was only able to get about 40 minutes out of a full charge at 375 degrees. Doesn't seem to be any better than the old units.

Why would they reduce the max temp?

I just received my replacement unit and it looks like they gave me the new model. What was the purpose of this change? I actually preferred the old one with the mechanical lid.

I too received my SS bowl unit today. The bowl is a shinny silver color which is kinda odd, they should've made it black to match the rest of the inside as well as the outside of the unit. I'm kinda upset that I had to send my ceramic unit in though while many people here did not. :mad:

So has anybody received the new units with the stainless steel bowls?

My glass stem is now tight again...WTF!?

No I don't have any flaking in the bowl but I don't see why that should matter. The bowl is not what keeps the stem in.

The glass stem use to be a tight fit on my unit. Now it's completely loose and it spins around freely. Does anyone know why this would happen?

Okay I just checked some videos of the Zephyr and it seems that there might be some rubber piece that attaches to the tip of the straw that I am missing on my unit. That might be causing my problem.

So wait, Arizer sends you a 2nd unit for free when you claim warranty and you don't have to send the defective one back?

I'm now using the 2nd O ring that it came with and it's still leaking. I've tried flipping the O ring over and it doesn't help. Again, I don't think it's the unit because I plugged the stem and turned it on and didn't see any leakage. Where can I get parts for the Zephyr now? Edit: I can...

Pressing it down actually made it worse. I'm still thinking it's the mouthpiece because I'm using the 2nd one that it came with and it's a lot better but still leaking.

The leak seems to get progressively worse as the bag gets full. What appears to be happening is that vapor is getting forced out of the mouthpiece as the bag is getting full. I'm not too sure though. It kinda looks like this video at about the 1 min mark...
