The spinning balls actually cool the dab taking away from the experience. The minimal surface area of the edge of the spheres isn’t enough to get up to temp with the dish.

Maybe they’ll relaunch with a new name so that they don’t have to honor any previous warranties or agreements. It wouldn’t be the first time. The cloud was a revolutionary product but this company has been run like crap from day one.

I’m glad they updated the website with better pictures. With renewed confidence I ordered a B1 head and extra coil plus 3 and 4 mm rubies. I’m psyched to get it. :)

Try not screwing the cart in as tight. Just enough to make electrical contact. To tight can make them leak.

Pearls don’t work as good as you think. Being round they only make contact with the dish at a single point. So they never get nearly as hot as the dish. They cool the dab.
