Question about the POTV review.. it looks like they have the screen upside down. Is that how you do it? Have I been doing it wrong this whole time, I thought you were supposed to fill the screen with material, not put it on top. This is what I mean-

Another little tip here, when you need to stir the bowl, a needle or a pin weeks much better than the e-pik it comes with. Perfect airflow.
