Got my FF back today....overnighted from Seattle. Same device and batteries, no note.....bowl was clean and new looking....guessing they replaced internals? Not sure but 1st draw the bowl got way brighter than before and I got a huuuuge hit off of It which I never got when I had device new 2...

Was thinking the same thing, call after it arrives. If they send me a new one I'll be pleased. So will my wife. After 3 nice draws from the FF she's bummed we had to send it back. Liked the cool tasty vapor versus hot dry smoke in the throat. And has a much nicer mellow feeling buzz.....

Just got off phone with FireFly. Very nice and helpful, though I have to send back my new FireFly for "warranty" to see if they can fix or replace. Could be 14days. That is a drag as I've only had it 3 days. Basically wasn't working out of box with 2 different batteries. So far not psyched...
