I always order my spare parts direct from Arizer and receive a confirmation email imediately. I would check your junkmail and if it's not there, try emailing them

the others you mention are strong contenders but I have had warranty issues with both of them. none seems to be immune to having some problems. c'est la vie. hopefully arizer takes care of it for you, but if not you've got some decent options to consider like you mentioned

Ray11 & Postlark -- if the smell doesn't go away with a couple burnoffs email Arizer and tell them!!! It seems like most people don't have this problem, so I think they should help you out with this under warranty

Arizer service is great, just press them a bit and say you did the burn off and the smell is still there, I would guess they'll take care of it. Most people do not seem to have the smell problem. If yours does have a smell issue I'm sure they'll take it seriously. Worth reaching out IMO

No smell or taste from mine. I did an initial burn off with a couple on demand heat ups, very faint smell the first time then nothing since. I'm a bit confused though, did you contacted Arizer or are you not concerned about it? You say your crafty has a slight taste too. Are you concerned...

I recently asked Arizer the same thing and this is what they told me: "Due to the high power of the Solo III, the battery power can be drained more or less depending on the mode and temperature settings used. The battery icon is meant to give you a frame of reference with 5 stages represented...

I used to have a Studenglass and it worked well with my Solo2, I see no reason why it wouldn't work with S3. Wish I still had it to try now

No, TM stems are larger diameter so they won't fit in Air/Solo devices

    1. The spicy flavor is probably the terps of your weed. If you don't like it, you don't like the taste of the weed you have. Try other strains. This is one of the ways the arizer solo line up excels -- it delivers really nice pure flavors. Sometimes certain strains don't taste good though...

Having the screen in the bottom of the oven won't cause a blockage, I've tried and and the airflow is about the same with or without it. If its too restrictive to inhale it sounds like you packed too much in the tube. If you pack it tightly the restriction is due to the pack. You should load...

I hadnt thought about pulling the stem, but that sounds like it would work too!! Honestly though with a 5 second draw time it's not necessary, 2 hits uses up the heat sufficently so pulling the stem would be redundant extra work. When I get to testing out higher temps and longer draw times bet...

    Arizer Solo 3

Just got mine a few days ago, so still learning and playing around with all the settings, but I've found this thing is so versatile it's incredible. To answer your question, you can use session mode or on demand mode and take little breaks between hits, but that's somewhat subjective to what...

It's not silicone glue. Someone on reddit goes around accusing Arizer about using thermal paste based on an old teardown from Puffitup that incorrectly stated that Arizer uses Thermal paste. Here's a direct response from Arizer when asked to address those claims:

Is there any chance you can ask them to confirm the Solo II Isolated Airpath for us? It says so on their website...

    Arizer Solo II

I think Arizer's first production of the Solo II (when PuffitUp did their teardown) did not completely seal the electonrics compartment from the air intake / heater compartment. The compartments were always completely separated and air has never crossed the circuit board in the Solo2, and not...

    The Arizer Air

I push my batteries hardI rotate a few batteries with my Arizers and other 18650 vapes, fully charge, fully drain, and leave fully charged batteries until l'm ready to use them. Sure, there is better way to keep the battery life strong for longer, but I use 3-4 full charged batteries a day and...

Even if the off gassing from melting plastic doesn't get directly into the vapor, it's still melting plastic in the same room you're breathing in, right? In any case, I prefer not to be in the same room as melting plastic, just the same as I prefer not to be in the same room as someone smoking...
