Good question...I like the 3TM but tend to use it less because it never goes anywhere with me. I'm hoping to make it my go-to with the Thermal Accumulator once the TA4 becomes available on VGoodiEZ.

Do you have access to 95% ethanol (sometimes labeled 190 proof moonshine or white whiskey in liquor stores)? You could use that as a cleaner and then make a sublingual tincture or something. I feel like there's a broad misunderstanding about makers vs. retailers and small vs. large companies...

Order placed for a matte SS BCG with a polished plate. Now I gotta figure out how to forget about it for two months so I can be pleasantly surprised instead of irritably impatient when it arrives.

It just takes a while. I can get to the second click if I turn the temperature (actually a timer) up all the way. I went back and forth between the Wand and a Firefox Mini before I got a Forge.

I think someone said in another thread (possibly the Tempest or Forge threads) that SS balls wouldn't be impacted by an induction heater; the electromagnetic current (or whatever; I'm probably butchering the terminology) doesn't penetrate deeply enough to impact much more than the induction...

Dumb question, but for people who are picking up SS factory seconds - are you just checking and refreshing the factory seconds page all the time? It seems like they're a rarity, and IDK if there's a more practical way to keep an eye out for them when they pop up.

I tried searching the thread and couldn't find an answer: does the Vestratto USA work with the stunner head? It looks like the custom-made Stunner adapter must've sold out.

I'd say it's possible, but I find it easiest to achieve through an additional heating cycle (or two; YMMV). I'm using the Forge on Cascade mode and find that the initial cycle has tons of flavor and gets the material to a golden brown color, while the second cycle will have more of a roasty...

Yeah, I meant like a new option at the top end of the price spectrum. It could be that they're introducing operational efficiencies by dropping their most difficult and time-consuming product (likely improving production capacity), or they could be working toward some kind of new SS version...

Are they potentially introducing a new model (possibly something that wouldn't lend itself to polishing) now that polished SS has been discontinued?

Not crazy long (definitely < 10 min). IDK, it never bugged me when it was cold outside (I only vape outdoors), but it feels like it gets kinda warm by the end when it's > 80F outside. Maybe I just have sensitive lips? :shrug:
