    So I received my replacement atty which looks slightly different than the one that comes with the unit. Anyway went to fire it up on level 1 with quartz and brightly glowing orange ceramic and super milky burnt taste on level 1! Super charred at the bottom, have to think its my unit overheating...

    I was, it was leaving a charred ring at the bottom. Atomizer definitely burned out. Super low heat on lvl 4 and the oil doesn’t even melt. I thought last night it was getting super hot bc I’ve never seen the ceramic glow as bright orange as it did last night.

    Make sure it’s on a full charge. If the battery is too low and you try and heat on a lvl 3-4 it won’t let you

    So been working with the carta for a few days...I feel as if my atomizer isn’t burning properly. A lot of my product is rising to the top of the bucket along with a burnt taste....and that was on temp lvl 1! Like the very first taste will taste ok but after that tastes like a burnt coil from old...

    Literally just talked to the customer service today and was told final models will have lower set temps with the final model and app is still planned for April. Sorry if old news.
