    XVape XLUX ROFFU

Sad part is I don't really need a wpa urgently anymore since I got a ball vape. This basically happened when I wanted to clear one last honorary bowl before going back to using the glass chamber on the go as intended again. Dropped from a really low height and it just shattered. Probably because...

    Farewell to the ice bong?

Just a little update, I received this way smaller bubbler a few days ago: https://www.dhgate.com/product/glass-hookah-rig-bubbler-for-smoking-8-5inch/752735484.html Before that I was using a pretty massive 50cm beaker bong (made out of 9mm glass, I love this thing). Still got it from combustion...

I got the same one and it's really, really good. Pairs well with phase3 ZX.

    Farewell to the ice bong?

When I still smoked I always preferred large glass bongs, still currently using one with a ball vape and it is working alright. But I did try it on a smaller glass piece of a friend and honestly it's just a bit better. My theory: - Smoke is just hotter, so cooling is more beneficial. Vapor is...

Zirconia balls instead of rubies in ball vapes?

Yes, specific heat capacity as listed in the tables I linked.

Zirconia balls instead of rubies in ball vapes?

Maybe it's related to the temperatures people select? Feg. I always wondered if people saying SiC has worse taste than ruby just didn't realize they had slightly higher temps than before. Because SiC has so much better conductivity it gets more energy into the air as it is sucked through...

Zirconia balls instead of rubies in ball vapes?

Whats up everyone! I just stumbled over this thread, it's so interesting I have to revive it! I end up with something like this: Al2O3 SiC ZrO2 Thermal Capacity in J/g-°C 1 0.7 0.4 Thermal Conductivity in W/m-K 25 125 2.7 (according to this, this and this table at 200°C) I thought...

Buying glass from EU stores and makers

I agree, imo Ehle really is the best quality you can get. Nothing is quite on the same level.

    Angus Enhanced

    I seriously doubt that.

    Angus Enhanced

It's hard to justify going from wood to plactic housing while increasing the price by ~30% at the same time. Kind of disappointing!

What would the portable vaporizer of your dreams look like?

Price is a big one though! Tokedvapors look nice. 🙂

    Aerolite Vaporizer by YLLVape

Good point posted it in the Angus thread. On first sight it seems like they got rid of the wood completely, that's a big change too. Can't wait for the other new device!

What would the portable vaporizer of your dreams look like?

I phrased that poorly. When I wrote "can not imagine [the FW9] having way better heat capacity than my IQC" I was really just talking about the physical property heat capacity itself. The heater is more powerful for sure. I think it still matters! You can basically cool it down pretty quickly...

What would the portable vaporizer of your dreams look like?

Imo Roffu is very stealthy because it looks like a e-cigarette basically. For sure there are differences between how noticeable different vapes are. That's not what heat capacity means. It has a better heater, but not larger heat capacity. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heat_capacity To allow...
