So I ordered a Hydrabomb this past week and just received it. It seems to be defective, but I guess I can't say for sure since I haven't heard back from VapexHale yet. It almost seems like a cheap Chinese knockoff of a Hydrabomb. The proportions are way out of wack and you can't really use it...

The design and use of quartz make it seem very similar to the MiVape. Do we know if it's conduction or convection?

Looks like somebody over on r/grasshoppervape had a few days with the hopper. I'm not sure when this took place, but since he is in fact a documentary filmmaker, he made it into a documentary. He says the first of a few videos should be up by the next update...

I don't think the order numbers mean much. I contributed to the IGG campaign on November 22, 2013 and my order number is 13536.

I didn't receive any new e-mails yet. Did any other backers get one? It could mean that they expect the backer units to ship out by mid-May if that's the case.

Loved today's update. Couldn't be happier with what I've been seeing. When I originally contributed, I wanted a portable convection vape with as close to on demand vapor as possible, and this seems to be exactly that. I e-mailed Trevor to get an idea as to when I could expect my hopper...

Had success last night. Didn't have time to try much, but I got a nice sized dab out of a few small nugs. The hardest part for me is actually getting the oil off of the parchment paper.

The user manual says the temps are 390F, 415F, 440F.
