@Drs1685 not sure on the sizing sorry bud but I think its the same silicone whip stuff used for other vaporizers, just cut it to size with a razer into a taper to make it fit in the Pro better. I have seen the stuff on ebay and other vaporizer sites.

Cracks look nasty. Everyone with the cracks I am assuming you are using the unit on high temp settings 4-5? Or back to back sessions? This is a shame for the high temp users. Don't think this will affect me as even level 3 with the WT is hot/harsh for me even though I can go all the way up to 7...

@DonGeels are you running back to back high temp settings? Its possible your unit is overheating and shutting down. Also no warm up period, its 8mins from when you push the button I believe.
