Great news @t-dub. Getting under the screen to clean is important. Would you mind sharing how you pulled it out? Support suggested using a needle or a pin but I haven't tried it yet.

You can easily get two sessions out of one chamber. Just make sure to take a large draw right after turning it off to cool the oven down to reduce/eliminate further vaporization. Don't even think you will need to take small draws while on to achieve two sessions. Amazing contribution. Lots...

In the last week or so, I've called and emailed Storz customer support and in both cases, they got right back to me. Been using their products for many years and their service has always been top notch. As far as I can tell, nothing has changed.

Thanks for the suggestion @darkrom but neither worked for me. I tried both of your suggestions and also restarting my phone. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked and my app continues to say "No vaporizer found" when I try and connect.

Sometimes my Crafty will connect to my Nexus 5 and sometimes it won't. Right now, it won't. The app appears to be a bit buggy right now. I'm sure they will get it ironed out soon.

LED brightness went way down. Changed temps in both directions but not for the battery test because I was using the preset temperatures.
