I think you're looking at this the wrong way SpiralArchitect. If Obama formally gives states complete jurisdiction over MMJ laws, for example, that would be a somewhat useful increment in the right direction, and quasi-conservative in sentiment at the same time.

I'm willing to bet if there was grassroots activity directed towards Obama he'd be willing to revisit mj laws. A vote is a vote and a buck is a buck, if nothing else.
