I definitely feel the heat when I draw (and feel hot air when I draw), and I sometimes get vapor so I don't think the heating element is the issue. I don't have access to a webcam. I still have the tube, but I only have 70% isopropyl, I'll still let it sit in there, though.

Is the longer end of the E-Pic outside or inside the stem when measuring? Sorry if my questions are dumb, I want to perfect the use of this vaporizer and realize its efficiency!
