It turns out, these letters are easily removed with a toothpick. Remove very very thin layer of mica on letters area only. Be gentle.

Vapman just takes time to learn. If you pointing tip of flame to tip of heating chamber - one of two right ways to heat with torch already chosen. Now it will take time to know the red lines, to stop heating. You can go up to line of almost combust. Or your red line is unpleasant, harsh vapor...
