    Camouflet Convector XL

My understanding is the XL comes with the 4 hole tube. If you look on the Camouflet website listing it says it includes: 1x XL Ceramic Quad bore cooling tube with O-Rings Edit: I see you mean that it is too short. Haven't received mine yet so can't confirm if it fits

    Vapman

I count in my head (if you look further up the thread -#13,549 you will see the heating technique I use for a clickless Vapman). You could deduct one heating cycle to get lower temps. But to reiterate you won't get an exact temperature like a electronic vape, which has a thermometer. You can...

    Vapman

The Vapman is a manual device. If you want to vape an exact temperature then it probably isn't the vape for you. If you are willing to experiment with heating techniques then it is highly customisable and I'm confident you can find something that you like but it requires work. I am not sure...

    Dani Fusion by Battery-free Ganz

Depends on personal preference really. Natively I use it nearly closed with maybe half a hole open. If using through glass you probably want more airflow. Just experiment with what you enjoy. Closed if you like mouth to lung (MTL) or more open if you prefer direct to lung (DTL). The vapour...

    Vapman

My basic heating technique for my Vapman with no click is 4 x 3 seconds heating with single flame torch, with 3 seconds pause between each cycle to get to vaping temperature. Aim the torch right at the centre of the bowl with the tip of the inner blue flame just touching it. Then draw. Reheat...

You are not meant to compare different vapes in an individual vape thread. Best is to post in the Ask FC area or search for the manual vape thread where you can compare. Short answer from me is they are pretty different and both excellent in different ways, which is why I own and use both :)

    Camouflet Convector XL

This really looks like a great vape. So sad missed the BF deal. Anyone know of any retailers doing deals for Xmas? I have the wand for heating. What torches would people recommend as back up? I have a small single flame, triple and big buddy. Others seem to suggest that dual would be best as it...

Can someone explain the differences between the OG and XL. Presumably XL heater is larger so fits 18mm bowls? As far as I can see the OG also comes with a stem for native use but the XL doesn’t? Seems OG would be more versatile as you can also use with Dynavap cooling stems too? Am debating...

Another OG Pear owner/lover here. Will die on that hill defending her integrity! Luckily mine is completely unbranded too. Vapmen are like pokemon. Gotta catch ‘em all.

Glad it worked out okay in the end. The aroma will be there for the first few bowls but it definitely does reduce as you use it more. There will be a slight hint of wood that mixes with the vapour, which I have grown to really love

I actually dropped my Cherry click onto a rug from about half a metre. It seemed to bend the centre post. To be honest it was a tiny drop so I wasnt sure if the drop did this or it was like this already. Perhaps the heating and twisting also puts a strain on the post? I was worried as the bowl...

I would love another egg as I think it's the best case. Have been using the Cherry Click a bit more over the weekend. Filling the bowl 3/4 full and shaking after each click results in some really lovely extended sessions with evenly roasted AVB. Relaxing and therapeutic.

After some testing, I am loving the larger bowl and how long you can make it last. The click is at the low temp end so I tend to heat until appropriately 3 seconds after the click for flower. Airflow almost closed and you some nice light clouds. Definitely the classic Vapman vapour profile...

There is a new kid in town! Cherry Click joining the OG swiss Pear. First thoughts, the finish on the OG swiss is nicer. Just feels more rounded and more aesthetically pleasing. I love the larger bowl and the pre-charring on the cherry click. Also it is my first time having adjustable...

For Perspective: How Common Are Dry-Herb Vapes Where You Live?

Definitely in a tiny minority in my neck of the woods (UK). Friends still combust mainly because of cost, knowledge and no need for a large initial outlay. Had a conversation with a friend and he was quite dismissive of vaping in general saying he likes the head rush effect of smoking. They will...
