What setting do you use on your TM?

I I've never had an on demand before. I'm used to using my vape for the 3 minutes then it turns off and a few minutes later I'm feeling it. How do an on demand differ? Is it comparable to having one drink and getting a decent buzz but your not totally into drunk?
