I have it at 111% but I dont use it at high. Medium or medium high generally speaking. I have used it at high to see what its like but I am wary of combustion so I dont generally leave it at high.

Like the man says, nano = civilized Ive had mine for just about 3 months. I've been using it almost exclusively through the bubbler of late in the vicinity of 6.5 on your dial. Playing around to figure out what works best for you is half the fun!
