That's a "Hemper-Sherlock Bubble Rig" that I found on DankGeek.com. It's a small glass piece, kind of fits in the palm of your hand, my 14mm wongs pair well and with the fat mouth piece I can use my omni's or M's. It's very portable, also goes well with my grasshopper.

Hey @junny89, I'm not sure what you mean by clumpy. The surface of the metal is smooth but has the appearance of some texture to it. Bottom left corner of the close there is an indented edge, which may be part of the design. It was really sweet, I'm glad I fell for it.
