Unfortunately they arent doing upgrades right now. I messaged them about a week ago and just heard back. Supposedly its due to Covid concerns and USPS dropping the ball. They said in a few weeks they would likely be back in full swing.

You misunderstood me, I didn't say anything about using it for concentrates. :P Just talking about bud, as I eliminate the need to stir with the concentrate pad over bud, even if the bud is squished to hell. I was just curious if anyone had made a squishing plate, like the concentrate pad.
