The temp probe is at the base of the heating block, not the bowl. I did run a test years ago measuring both bowl and block temps for shits and giggles.:science: :peace:

Upload your image to an image host (e.g. ibb.co) then use that url to paste into the insert image tool (using the "insert image" icon above your text box). If you must use imgur, you'll need to use the insert media icon instead. Hopefully we'll get our own image uploads working again...

I don't see why it wouldn't. I have two RDK-200's and they are quite solid. I actually chose them over the RDK-300 since I have no need for the auto-shutoff feature and that's really the only difference between them that I can tell. Well, the boxes are different and the 300 looks nicer but...
