2014 article "Why vaping is the dumbest thing ever"

Inhaling smoke is certainly natural. People have been dying from it since, well, since there have been people. You can die from drinking water too, but not many complain that filtering out contaminants is 'unnatural'. As a disclaimer, before someone says that smoking mj doesn't kill you, I'm...

    Accidental Combustion

IMO you've been smoke free since the last time you intentionally smoked. For me, accidental combustion doesn't count. I've owned 3 varieties of the log vape. The Purple Days and Rock Zap models only used steel for the bowls (nylon for the tube/stem), and the Epicvape e-nano uses all glass.

dry herb portable vape help - need some opinions

My latest acquisition is the Odin (available at puffitup), and it's the least restrictive portable I've used. In fact I have to take it easy and modulate my draw. If a restricted draw is your issue, this one will solve it. Load it up and big, dense hits are always available. It's a winner in...

    ASPIRE ODYSSEY MINI

"The new Aspire Odyssey Mini kit is the newest mod by Aspire eCig" We're not really big on e-cig stuff here. That kit has more parts than a watch. Why don't you look at the portables section for good, time tested vapes (with a warranty) that were designed for vaping mj?

    Herb Grinders

Yes- several sizes. Nano to MegaLeaf. The 2 pc. Classic is my favorite. Still my favorite all time brand by a mile. Best grip (both sections, not just one) and best anodizing I've found. Hard to beat that flat, matte finish for long term looks. Mine still look like new after 7-8 years. Love the...

Hash memories (was Best desktop vaporizer for hash)

The Volcano is unnecessarily expensive and will only fill bags. The previously recommended herbalAire will save you money and give you direct draw as well.

    Herb Grinders

Uninformed or misinformed isn't the same as stupid. With that kind of thinking then every single person on earth qualifies as stupid, since nobody is omniscient. Since here at FC we don't appreciate members calling people stupid and fear mongering about grinder companies, I'd appreciate it if...

The CVault - Climate Controlled Storage

Best prices I've found and they do use PayPal- http://www.buddybagsco.com/search?q=cvault I don't know if they ship to your location but you can ask. If they don't then your best bet may be eBay. Almost all eBay sellers accept PayPal and you'll definitely find some that ship to Europe. You're...

    Herb Grinders

"Mild" is subjective. If you're careful it does fine, but it doesn't come close to a few other brands I've found, as far as being scratch proof. Technically teflon is plastic, but it's not exactly used interchangeably. We have enough issues with people viewing the space age, high temp plastics...

About to buy a solo, advice please

Don't crank up the temp to near combustion level. Proper vaping temps don't combust herb. Reckless vaporists do. And "not burning my smoke" is impossible, since smoke is already a byproduct of combustion. Hope you realize by now that the Solo isn't toxic. You can find claims on the internet...

    Herb Grinders

The shiny silver looking ones, yes. They're all aluminum, no matter the color (aside from the odd zinc/chromium alloy models, which result in a much heavier grinder). The titanium coating on the SC grinders does not hold up to scratching. The plain silver colored models hold up better, looks...

    Herb Grinders

No, that's not true. There's enough clearance on any decent grinder to prevent contact when grinding, no matter how much anodizing is removed.

    HOW MUCH KIEF

If the herb is sticky and/or slightly moist, you won't get much. If it's dry you'll get much more. I never use a screen grinder unless the kief is going to separate from the flowers anyway (dry).

Should I buy the Pax 2?

I haven't used a Pax or Pax 2, but I have used/owned a lot of vapes (both home and portable) over the last ten yrs. or so. Although I haven't posted anything on my latest portable yet (have only had it a few days), I can certainly recommend it as a 1st vape. The Odin as an easy to use portable...

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

This is true, and due to multiple reports over the last couple of days, we've been trying to get this across to a few posters. A vape thread here doesn't accumulate 150 pages of posts if the product isn't a good one. It should be obvious though, assuming the thread is being read, that this vape...

What Vape(s) do you use while driving?

That all depends on the person. Factors like empty or full stomach, and tolerance level come into play. For me, two beers on the way home from work would absolutely compromise my reaction time since I couldn't tell you the last time I had a beer. That said, the topic here isn't about alcohol...

can i extract avb into coconut oil without heat

1- Coconut oil turns liquid at about 76 F. Infusion needs a lot more heat than room temp. 2- You really shouldn't start a question thread and then not return to the forum for 6 days and counting.

    Vaping Weed without removing Seeds

Seedy weed? Those were the bad old days. An occasional stray seed is no big deal, but in cleaning your herb it should be pretty easy to get rid of seeds and stems both before vaping. It'll improve your vaping experience.

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

Repeated 'nothing' posts just praising the product/company would not be allowed, but offensive posts about the product/company, or repeated negative posts, would be addressed sooner. You can get your point across, good or bad, without breaking the rules. Many people manage to stay within the...
