So I missed the cool down click and combusted. Luckily I noticed quickly and ejected the load. I followed it up with a new load to get some of the smoke taste out. The vapman seemed to be unaffected and tasted great!

Yes. If there wasn't saw dust and God knows what else mixed in totally e second rule. I've used all the best grinders and keep coming back to the bcg so I finally pulled the trigger on a ss a few months ago. Am I looking at a 6 month wait?

Found a terrible way to clean my xl. Freshly grind a few big nugs Open the grinder Let it slip out of your hands and hit a concrete floor from around 4 feet. Retrieve empty and spotless grinder. Cry over spilt perfect fluffy grind that is now mixed in with whatever is on my garage floor.

I think I did this as well. It gets better after awhile? I guess it burned off. I do find that if pass the click I get some smoke/burn off. I thought this was just part of the vapman.

Beautiful! I think you're absolutely right about the click not working with the Lotus heater and how it works. They would have to rework the heater. Either way I need another reason to get another Lotus.

I was thinking the same thing! However there's a lot of grumbling on the Lotus thread about how the click would defeat the purpose of the Lotus heater...or something like that. See what happens. I'd pick one up definitely.

Same happened to mine. I just glued it back. Still comes off sometimes. It's not that bad of an issue for me. The only issue I have is my thumb sometimes slips under the lid while grinding.

I've had nothing but good cs from Vestratto. I emailed about an issue with my anvil (all user error) and John the man himself responded within minutes. It's not all bad.

Pulled the trigger and now I'm playing the waiting game. I've been dusting off the anvil in anticipation. It such a solid piece. So consistent and great effects. Looking forward to see how the tornado improves on it.

What kind of grind is everyone running trough it? I switch between a medium-fine to a course with the anvil.

How is the tornado with jay hook? I realy like my anvil with one, but it can get a bit hot at times and I use it with xl mouthpiece.
