Yeah, it's mainly these Dewar joints. I need to ride those o-rings high up to have enough clearance to comfortably grab/clear the bowl. I don't want that lower o-ring too close to the glass can.

That would be great because I have concerns about the bottom o-ring cutout on the new 3-position bowl getting set too low and not allowing the joints to get a good seal on certain heady joints.

I noticed the wobbling with my cheap China glass, TAG pieces, etc., but not with my high end Leisure, Ben Wilson, RooR, Sovereignty, etc. The P3 bowl fits my high end pieces perfectly so I think it's just the way the joints are bored out.

Does anyone have pictures or video showing this combination? I think it's time to break out my ZXL :sherlock:

IMO, the customer service has been pretty good(fast to respond to messages). They just need to under promise and over deliver on the pre-order lead times.

Yeah they have been posting that "one more week" notice for many weeks now. Hopefully they will be able to ship by the end of this week.

Still waiting to receive my bowl bundle tracking info. I placed my order for the hybrid bundle June 22 (I'm in the US).

I'm hoping it will allow me to lower the heater temperature a bit, however, the heater is already fairly close to the herb with the current design.

If the multi shelf position ZX bowls are produced in the next batch, would extras be ordered for a la carte purchase? Hoping the current ZX owners would be able to order the updated bowl design without needing to order a new heater/injector.

Question about the ZXL/Diffuser setup. Will the heater have a coil wrap around the same area as the bowl/herb/screen placement? This could be a game changer for diffusers given the fast heat up/heat transfer times I can get from Zirc.

No, I had to order the new bowls separately. EDIT: Ideally since the next batch of hybrid bowls is on pre-order, the early adaptors that placed a new order could get the "updated" microdose bowl with a second shelf position ;).

Personally, I no longer stir or crush the herb and just take it all in one or two hits at 540f. The stirring and crushing always gives me chest tightness from the ultra fine dust particles that get released through the screen(this dust is a form of pollution that irritates the lungs and causes...

Checkout my SB with the updated housing/lid and DFreeZ Cocobolo handle: Exactly what I'm thinking. For me, the SB delivers a balanced stoned/cerebral high from the combination of convection/conduction. I find it super relaxing and medicinal at 480F

If you go to the site, they are under accessories>Heater Core Discs. In his YT videos he said the discs are easier for people to install and will replace the pearls once they sell out on the site (for now you can buy them a la carte).

I just swapped out the OG housing for the latest design (this went smoother than I expected). To pull this off you will need a mg scale to weigh out the gemstones (new housing holds ~20% less gems vs OG housing and needs weighed out). Thanks to Cal for the video guide and print off, can't wait...
