That was far before it was more easily repairable. I have sent an e-mail to VXL concerning this matter.

It's just a preregistration; you aren't legally binded to anything. A gift is promised to the first 100 applicants. I assume they also have to follow up on that with an actual purchase to receive the gift?

I acquired my cloud cheaper than most others(second hand unit) so that may color my views on this just a tad. To say I'm "cool with it", is incorrect. It's more-so an acknowledgment that things aren't perfect, and never will be. VXL has tried to do right by most everyone but that doesn't always...

Indeed, it does not, and it is a problem that should be address. But all things considered, I think it's a small price to pay. Form follows function, IMO.

Mine has some gaps in it too. I'd rather have those than be without my cloud. Besided, the "fuck ups" give it character. ;)
