I had that happen twice. It was from putting just a bit too much water in the PNWT. I am currently using my Mobius Ion Matrix since I was using various adapters to allow the use of the PNWT. Once I receive my 14mm PVHEGonG adapter I will give it another try, but with less water this time.

I agree 100%. When I got my unit back it was like night and day difference. My vV2 never worked as good as it does now. Apparently I had collected some junk inside my unit also, due to the strong fan. I now ensure that there is nothing near the rear of my unit, and nothing is sprayed in the air...
