The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

Just checking in after 9 weeks of using the heck out of my Mighty. This product is a good vindication of the machinist\engineer mindset that you should always spend top dollar to get the best quality tool for the job (as opposed to buying cheap tools and then having to replace or fix them...

What's the simplest way to reclaim resin from the Mighty cooling unit? Has anyone tried boiling the CU pieces in milk and making hot chocolate out of it? I imagine you wouldn't even need to bring it to boil; very hot milk would probably be enough to loosen the resin as long as you keep stirring...

Still loving my Mighty after a week of use. I'm using it mostly as a multisession vape, where I take some hits, turn it off, take a few more draws to get remaining vapor and cool down the chamber, then leave it alone until the next session. I know everyone says this is inefficient but I gotta...

Just some followup notes about the Mighty from another happy camper: 1) Don't need to take long 20 second draws; you can sip on this thing and still get good vapor. I did the long draw thing on my first session with the Mighty, and got completely wasted (overkill). I'm now taking about 5-10...

Holy crap. I mean... damn. This thing rocks! I just took my ever first 4-5 hits on this brand new Mighty. I'm kicking myself now for not buying this thing when I first started vaping several months ago. I never knew vaping could be this pleasant. I didn't know just how bad my previous vape...

Design question - why do most portables put stem so close to oven?

Good advice I'm sure. I once made cannabis caps from heavily vaped ABV (it was really dark) and all they did was put me to sleep for 12 hours. They were like the ultimate sleeping pills, but really unpleasant because the tiredness stayed in my body for at least 48 hours. Pretty much ruined me...

Thanks again for all your helpful responses, people. This forum is awesome. I ordered the Mighty direct form S&B this morning (with free overnight shipping) and according to FedEx it shows up tomorrow. Yay! This is going to be only vape until I succumb to VAS and drain all my finances...

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

Thanks again everyone for all your responses; I went ahead and got the Mighty, since it's going to be my only vape (until I succumb to VAS) and will be used only around the house. Wasn't an easy choice!

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

Do any of you find the vapor too hot? Cool vapor is the main reason I'm considering the Mighty; my throat and lungs seem to be a little sensitive to hot air. Honestly that's the only reason I'm considering the Mighty; it's known for cool vapor.

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

Ok so it sounds like the consensus is Haze > Solo, but what about Haze vs Mighty? Has anyone used both? If stealth (and price) aren't a factor, which would you choose?

Did S&B ever fix that Fahrenheit\Celsius issue where it doesn't remember your last setting? Or do you still have to change it to Fahrenheit every time you power up?

Nice to have that suspicion confirmed; good tip by the way will try that... You can get the Mighty direct from S&B right now for $400 with free overnight shipping. Looks like a better deal than most of the third-party vendors at the moment....

So it's not that partially vaping weed is bad per se, but rather an issue of the chamber staying too hot and continuing to cook off your weed, even after shutting off the device and even after taking some hits to cool it down. Would that be correct? So by that logic, if I open the Mighty and...

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

NickDlow\scottg402\trevorzamani - very helpful info and pics, thanks! trevorzamani -- being a former Arizer Solo owner, how do you rate the Haze in comparison? Is the vapor much hotter? Does it vape your herb evenly, or will it require stirring?

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

What if you turn the device off, then take a couple more long hits to cool down the chamber? Will it then preserve the weed between sessions? I'm more of an intermittent vaper; I don't typically do a whole bowl in one session. Do any of you use the Haze that way? Also what about water...

    Discontinued Haze Dual V3

How does the Haze convection screen work? Does it really keep your herb from being wasted between hits (or between sessions)? If I get the haze and use the convection screen, does that mean I can take a hit or two, leave the device alone for a few hours, and then come back to finish the bowl...

If this is a real phenomenon, wouldn't it also affect pure convection units? I'm talking about hitting your weed and then coming back later to finish the bowl. If this is a bad thing, then wouldn't people have the same problem with units like firefly, arizer extreme Q, etc? Just curious what's...

Design question - why do most portables put stem so close to oven?

Sounds like what I really need is a water pipe attachment, no matter what vape I'm using. I guess I'm just a little b*tch when it comes to my lungs... :)

Design question - why do most portables put stem so close to oven?

Interesting... because I seem to cough more when vaping at higher temps. When I start a session I'm typically vaping at around 350F, and I cough very little despite getting pretty good volume of clouds. But as I get further into the session and keep raising the temp to extract more herb, I...

Need cool vapor, efficiency, easy cleaning dry herb vape (semi-portable is fine)

Very intrigued by the MiniVap, but a little concerned at the short air path. The draw stem is sitting right on the oven with this model. My throat and lungs must be very sensitive to hot vapor because I still cough a lot, even months after switching to vaporization only. Do you use your MV...
