Yeah, I've never used screens in either of my solo's. I use an o ring in my older black solo and no o ring in my newer silver solo.

How long have you had and how much use has it had? Mine went for quite a few years getting used everyday before it was noticeably not holding charge and dropping quickly.

I fill my solo stems bowls to the full. I chop the buds first and then pack a full bowl, lightly tapped down and that's how I like it. I couldnt imagine only filling up the bowl a bit personally.

Yeah my solo's original battery lasted about that long too I think. I haven't thought about trying any other vapes really, solo does it for me, I have en EQ as well but I dont use it very much. I bought a 2nd solo just incase so I have a back up. I need my portable!

just buy a replacement battery and then all you need is a really small philips head screw driver to take off the base, the rest is pretty easy, unclip old one, re clip and position in new battery and then put back together and re screw on the base. I did mine several months ago. Pretty easy! :)...

Each time I pack my solo bowl I use about .5 - .7 of a gram chopped up pretty finely, slightly pushed into the bowl. That bowl will usually last me 2 x 12 minute sessions before it loses vapour or starts to taste a bit average. I don't use a screen as I've never had much of an issue with bits...
