I got it! I guess the wax is difficult to get to the bottom. I loaded 1 gram. Is it better to load like 1/2 gram? It says you will damage the seal if you heat the cartridge below 1/4"? It there rubber in there for a seal?

Hey got the omicron today. I loaded the cartridge exactly as specified, tested the cartridge first before loading it (pretty simple and hassle free) and followed the instructions exactly but I have yet to draw one drop of vapor. I feel like I just threw away 1.5 grams of killer wax between 2...

thats total bs. I've been there many times and One Source is NOT on their premesis. They are in the same county.

I can tell you definitively that spacecasegrinders.com is NOT the manufacturer. I can also tell you definitively that they are NOT authorized retailers either. Which I suspect means that unless they are willing to warranty the product on their own dime the product is probably not covered if...

BTW if you are referring to the top fitting loose as in not flush with the grinder than the magnet may not be imbedded far enough. If that's the case it could be replaced under the lifetime warranty.

That is not my site its gratefulbuys.com. That is just a Canadian operated site owned by someone who sells space case. The sifter cases however have been out of production for some time. They will probably bring them back in the future but I cannot say if or when. :peace:
