I agree, some of us have a much more sensitive nose (and tastebuds) than others. I can quite easily detect the olfactory difference between something I ground yesterday and something I'm grinding right now.

Im thinking about buying the tcheck portable potency tester, as I make a lot if oils and tinctures. Has anyone played with it yet? From what I read, it seems to do what I want. Just wondering if anyone has experience with it?
