As @GeekVape mentioned, a Philips 00 works well.

The re-fit was done by a friend with steadier hands than I possess. He had some difficulty removing the collar at first because the screws were a bit tricky to get going. The whole process took 40 mins including finding the right screwdriver.

Yikes. Yes, that photo was taken just after a session. I tend to keep it pretty clean. I always remove the PonG, or what's left of it at least, while it's still hot. 1-5, though I've been using 4 and 5 quite a lot recently.
