I find that small volume pieces can work, but you might be overwhelmed by the amount of vapor if you don't manage it. If you have the means, I'd recommend picking up an bigger piece. The CC glass is great, but you can also check out the cheap glass thread. Anyway try the piece you have first...

    POTV Lobo

This is a pretty reasonable review. I suspect that they were aiming to be the mass market vape you can recommend to all your friends. And I could see this nailing that. As Jerry and others pointed out, hybrid vapes don't require any technique. I have been surprised how many people don't know...

Dry herb vapes that can be used Lekovod/in honor of Yom tov/chag/jewish holidays?(For extracts too)

That is more convincing to me. I don't know the bounds of incidental changes, etc. In both examples, a temp sensor is read and automatic adjustments are made to the heater to keep it at the set temperature. If there is a difference between direct action and incidental influence, I can...

I don't think it will ruin anything if you change it, but it will probably not measure the coil temp correctly. Although that's of limited value since we are just using that as a guide for reproducible results, not actually caring about the real temp.

Ignoring the irrelevant part this time... Why do you say it drops less dramatically? That's demonstratively false. The temperature drops farther in degrees Celsius and the energy draw is much higher in the oven case.

I don't understand why the wattage has any bearing? Is it worse to cause a small energy change than a large one? The other stuff does not seem related to the question of WS vs. other vapes. It's clear you think vaping is bad and not allowed but that's not relevant here.

Where high temp is over 1500°F. 😃 You are correct though that is the crucial difference between those.

This is absolutely incorrect. You should measure your oven temperature with a decent probe and you will see how much loss you get by opening the door. It will always cause the oven to heat up

So does that mean Sabbath oven timers don't work because the oven has to heat when you open the door?

Especially if you use the dimmer instead of a VVPS. That's a downgrade, ime, but maybe worth it for this use case.

We chatted a bit on discord, but I think all enails are type K. The popular Auber RDK-300 doesn't even allow you to change this, as it assumes K type. Although I guess we would have to look at the spec sheet on f the coil to be sure. What's your other PID?

As said above, the o-ring sizes are in this thread. But I'm just curious, since you intend to tear down the device, why not just measure the o-rings with your calipers yourself?

    Ed's WoodScents Log Vape - Ed's TnT

I would be surprised if the inner dimension was large enough given that the outer size has to be small enough to fit a cap. I would love to be wrong because that seems very cool.

    CouchLog

The CouchLog is my favorite log by a wide margin. But I would never claim it is the "best" log because that would be ridiculous. They are almost all great at what they do and they can be very different. I would never tell someone that they should not enjoy the GTR because it doesn't have balls...

    The Lotus Vaporizer

I just picked up a blackwood pipescents and it definitely works with the Lotus for those who are looking for a wood stem. The vapor was a little hot, and I still prefer a j-hook but YMMV.

It stands for Pulse Width Modulation, but really I mean a PWM controller. It's basically a dial that goes from 0-100% of some voltage range. Anyway, this is the one for the CouchLog: https://420eng.com/products/temperature-controller-kingwood
