    Discontinued Firefly 1, 2, 2+

I was really hoping to be impressed by the Firefly flavor. It's good but it is not at the top for me. And the rest of the experience is awful. The touch sensors instead of buttons are a baffling choice. And the whole experience is like vaping out of a cell phone. Back when the firefly was new...

I saw on discord that some of the glass has arrived but I don't think everything has. So I hope it will be soon. I'll update if I hear anything.

    Discontinued Firefly 1, 2, 2+

I think there are lots of reasons to pass on the Firefly today, but the app is a wild one. I never even considered using it. It does not need it any that seems like it would be a real downgrade. Does not surprise me that they are not keeping it up to date. I'm sure there is no one doing...

    The Screwball by Vapvana

If I could wake up tomorrow and erase those bogus boiling point charts from the internet, I would do it. Have a look at this thread for some useful info on vaping temperatures: https://fuckcombustion.com/threads/boiling-point-myths-and-the-science-of-flower-vaporization.53014/ Its easy enough...

If it is the CH/NV controller you'll want to auto tune it after you plug in the Screwball. If you have an Auber, it is a manual setting. Edited to add: it won't harm anything if you don't auto tune or set the PSL. It will just help with the accuracy and stability when heating.

    The Screwball by Vapvana

I think what you are describing is the fact that the Vapvana PID controller doesn't do real time updates. The set temperature is not changed once it is reached. You can demonstrate this quite easily by cooling the thermocouple (at the tip of the coil). You will see no temperature drop. However...

What are you using to measure the temperature of the rubies?

    The Screwball by Vapvana

It's meant to emulate a cold start dab: low temp to start for flavor, etc. It just swaps between two temperatures with a single click. I have not found the boost useful for ball vapes. I could see it being useful for a wireless ball vape to quickly switch in a banger.

You'll want a PID controller that is wired in the D-Nail/Auber style and that uses an XLR connector. Unfortunately mininail is not compatible. I like my Auber RDK 300B. It's a simple knob and button interface and it's pretty easy to understand all the settings. It also has boost mode. Although...

The Wireless lite kit (and the armor one, I think) was available in 110, 220, and 230v. You just had to specify your voltage. It was a little bit buried in the listing: People in North America were confused by the different options. I talked to a few people who bought the wrong kit because...

There has been the 220v kit in the CC site several times. I suspect they are sold out of the 220v coils. On discord, iDB mentioned that some kits will be restocked this weekend. I'm not sure if International kits are a part of that. The best place to keep up on restock announcements is...

I have two Zirconia ball vapes, a few titanium, and a few that are stainless steel. I am not convinced that zirconia is a "better material". I think a three choices for a housing have different trade offs, similar to the heater fill material. If you replaced the titanium in the screwball today...

I have burned myself on the CL exactly once. I was deeply stoned and thought I saw a fleck of shake on the top of the heater. I reached over and wiped my finger across it. It did take me some time to realize what I had done. Anyway, I think it would take a similar careless event to burn...

Seems like a very fair review. Typically when I see complaints about tunneling and back to back hits, it's because people are ripping it very hard and fast. The CL doesn't work well with fast rips, in my experience. The best results come from a very slow, even draw. However I watched your video...

Nope they don't sell them, though their dry catches have a carb. I don't think I have seen a diffuser bowl with a built in carb, but you could probably get one built. My personal preference is for the carb to be on the other side of the bowl so it helps to clear your hit.
