I definitely don't think you are lying! I'm just not seeing the same thing with my unit. Maybe a seal/oring was missing when your unit was assembled? You could try emailing the company and maybe they'll have some suggestions or a possible fix? Either way, good luck!

I tried this test and also did not feel much if any air coming through the battery compartment or USB port. It's hard to be 100% certain because it's challenging covering all of the intake holes, but if there was any it was extremely small. Are we sure everyone is using a real TM2 or maybe...

Hmm. I do have an extra Dyna IH and a few different dynavaps I could probably give them. Not a bad idea! They wouldn't use a torch because I've already given them dynavaps + torches and they stopped using them, but maybe with the IH it could work. :hmm:

TM2 sounds like a great fit. Small, fast hits are easy to pull off, and with the right aftermarket stem, they can be relatively cool too. Good luck!

Advice given so far has been very great. Session mode and high temp setting thru water. As stated, cigar puffs are also great to get things cooking. Are you using a good battery? E.g. P28A Good luck!

If you're using rosin carts (definitely recommend!), you might consider a battery with more control vs a few preset voltages for example. I use a Uni Pro 2 rebrand, but the Yocan Koda Pro is even cheaper. Depends on your preferences.
