It could be as simple as the flower you're using is too moist... Not saying that is it, but maybe post a picture of your bud and also your Tempest ABV. Is it roasted to a dark brown? Still greenish looking? etc.

If you have well cured flower at the right moisture level and good storage, humidity packs shouldn't be used. Once it starts to dry out over time due to opening/closing the container, or other reasons, then those packs can help keep the flower at a good moisture level. It's a trade off and worth...
