That's an interesting screen shot. There appear to be 4 tabs near the top of the screen, and the 3rd of 4 is what we are looking at. Did you look at the other 3 screens? @grokit Did S&B state somewhere that hacking the software voids the warranty? It's not like he had to physically open the...

    PLENTY Vaporizer

Thanks, yeah that was my impression, that they initially presented the Plenty as a portable. Now that I am re-visiting my assumptions about the Plenty, I see S&B currently calls it a hand-held as opposed to a desktop, but now they are not calling it a portable. I would like to point out that...

As I recall the book recommends using Alcohol(ethyl) as a cleaning solvent, but don't soak it for more than 1 hour because plastic can discolor and turn brittle. It alternatively recommends using warm water with wash-up liquid, if not alcohol solvent.

    PLENTY Vaporizer

Please illuminate exactly what medical needs S&B products do not cover. The Volcano cannot rightly be called an "herb hog." From my years of direct personal experience, I can assure you it is no such thing. If you can cite even one "medical need that S&B products didn't cover," I would...

    PLENTY Vaporizer

As far as the subject of why the Plenty discussion board gets so few posts, I think I am not alone in being a Volcano user who originally over-looked the Plenty due to its non-portability. I don't mind using bags, and I failed to recognize other positive attribute of the Plenty, that I learned...

    PLENTY Vaporizer

Thanks for the informative post. Just wanted to mention, using a blade coffee grinder is not a very great method of grinding. It may be easy, but the heat from the blades rapid spinning can cause degradation of active herbal compounds. There is such a thing as a conical burr grinder for...

@artist Yes I hear you, man. Even after this error problem, I also have great confidence that my Mighty will be a very useful and sturdy tool, for a long time. I'm just waiting for the S&B solution to the problem, which imo is not a bad position in which to be. :)

I had a similar experience with my Mighty going Error #4.

Man, check the physical size difference between the Amazon power banks and S&B's power bank.

Well it's probably a particularly busy time for them to field General Questions so soon after this big new release. But if you send them an email with the subject including your original order #, like go find your original purchase confirmation email and reply to it, my experience is that they...

Yeah but, you just gotta squeaky-wheel it a little bit and their Service Department is happy to grease you right up. I'm just saying, if one of the earliest Digital or Classic Volcanoes got sent in for service, S&B may very well send out a brand new replacement unit with all the most current...

It took them a few days to deliver me my prepaid return label. They were unable to email me the label, they had to send it by snail mail--I think its a stamps.com thing. I finally received the prepaid return label. I expect they'll receive the defective unit by Mon or Tues. I never requested...

You can see it listed in the October 2014 US Price List, downloadable on the S&B website. Man, S&B customer service is exceptionally good, so it makes no sense why you would not expect them to fix it promptly. Or else maybe they would say, "Sorry you should have checked to see if your phone...

I was thinking that the auto-shutoff could be part of their cooling design to maintain a temperature equilibrium and avoid battery overheating?

The only thing delayed longer than the Crafty App is the roll-out of the Crafty Power Bank sold by S&B.

Nah man, come on, don't you know about monetization of data for marketing and advertising? They will will place a value on knowing who uses the Crafty, how frequently those users use the device, when they use it, where they use it, and any other bits of information they can glean, for the sake...

The Instructions For Use say to first plug the charger into the Mighty, then hook it up to the electrical mains or "outlet." At the end of charging, first unplug the Mighty from the charger, then unplug the charger from the outlet.

Of course Apple approved the app, how else would that vaporizer user data get monetized by the corporations? Funny how it took them until the 31st day of October, the very last day of the work week and month. I'd attribute the delayed approval to top-heavy Apple bureaucracy more than any...

Error 1 means battery is too hot, let the device cool down. It's gotta be a software programming mistake that they can and will fix.

If you don't need portability, I'd look twice at a Volcano Digit or Classic.
