Longer than that--original release was supposed to be 3/31. A lot of us have been waiting at least that long. I have to admit I'm losing hope and interest. On the other hand, if the ascent had come out then, I never would have picked up my solo. Silver lining? :)

I got my Solo from them, latest model, price matched for $155, and had no problems with them whatsoever. I'm sure you'll be fine. But they could stand to upgrade their Ascent page, especially since they're doing pre-orders now. The pics they're showing are not what you'll get. And I don't...

Yeah, Davinci is giving us as much info as they're giving anybody. We're not going to find "extra" stuff somewhere else. As cutting edge as we like to be... Not to mention we know that a few FC members (contest winners, etc) will be receiving the first few units available. Those are the first...

Yeah, it reads a lot like fan fiction. "The sticker on the unit is a bit more than we originally were led to believe, retailing at $250..." Um...when we're we led to believe otherwise? No original pics, either.

Awesome. :) I think most of us are in a zen state of waiting patiently while fantasizing blissfully. But really, I think my Solo is more anxious than I am. It's lonely since I put away the MFLB. :D

I broke my GonG a couple of days after I got it. :( Here's my solution for a regular stem while I'm waiting for a new one: The white stuff is sugru. The black thing is a stem cap/MFLB cap with a hole cut in it (keeps the end from chipping).

Just picked up one of these. Love it.

Try sipping--alternate inhaling vapor and normal air. Or see if a lower temp setting works. Either way, you'll still want to drink fluids...which you're doing anyway, right? ;)
