    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

id say try some 22ga and wrap it around a paper clip or soemthing more rigid but as thin. for added thickness maybe add a layer of ss mesh on the coil. but its going to be a MAJOR p.i.t.a. getting it caught under those top mount posts. i have trouble with getting 24ga under that type.

Very interested, i have an un used kfl+ black edition sitting here, would love to learn how to get it to work with oil better. i have to dilute it too much when using silica and normal coils with a PG mix and have to vape on it constantly to feel medicated properly.

It's great to see your progress so far. before you know it you'll be loading your oils in a kayfun. get to it! hahaha. But really be sure to go in depth on what coil builds work best for you. i currently am having the most success with short SS mesh wick and 1-1.5 ohm coil using wax...

yea the thicker wire has more surface area but you have to think with round wire there is exponentially more metal in between the outer edges of the wire itself, creating a ton more heat than what you are needing to get that flavor, which can lead to all sorts of stuff. hence to get your...

well a lot of the big clouds come with a lot more air too. when the ratio gets fucked up you definitely notice. Plus these flat coils that are twisted together are meant to focus on flavor while trying to keep up vapor production. they want clouds for the same reason we do. dunno about you...

yes, shipping is slower and you have to pay insane prices for it. it really only works if you are buying in bulk. If anyone wants to go in on a larger order of anything from alibaba hit me up, looking to start up a business I think. if serious, send me a PM

http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/802891310/99_9_industrial_porous_ceramic_filter.html might be able to order 60 grit or 50 grit, those sizes work best for wicking i read. edit: i often find myself wanting to use cotton, but dont want the burning problems. found this...

in my experience so far horizontal is best for doing individual dabs. lets any excess drip off on to deck without continuing to have heat applied. after ur hit, can take dabber and go for second round. my attys stay clean and dont get that dark film buildup that ends up making my verticals...

perhaps check out the keg cap. i have one, it works really well. however doesnt fit as well on the FT single airhole igo, but they now have a proper igo on FT that im sure it fits. could also try the dental floss under o ring trick. it also fits on a nimbus and 22mm helios which is a nice bonus.

hey in regards to your build, i was wondering if you drilled out your airhole(s) in the igo if it would help. my igo came with only one airhole, way too tight of a draw

hey guys thought id drop this by, dude does a wicking test with different ceramics. aluminum oxide does seem to work the best but the one he uses is called bd13 and is no doubt stupid expensive. Surprised to see you found it so cheap, test starts at :30, results at about 3:00

i should mention when i rolled mine tight, that it didnt have a central core even. it was practically solid, made worse by snipping the ends... a lot of movement on SS wicks seems to occur on exposed surface areas, during initial heating at least, so having a hollow core of some kind made a...

my first wick was just like this, and i was getting a very harsh hit when it got a little past the point it is pictured at. do you experience this at all? this is what made me start rolling a bit looser. being tight seemed to cook the hash because of all that retained heat. additionally you...

seeing as how my wax wont wick horizontally or vertically more than a few mm away from direct contact on a coil im not sure something even more dense than a roll of SS is going to soak things up. wax, even when liquefied at high temps, acts much different than pg/vg mixes, and im beginning to...
