Are you sure the screen is under the glass pinches? Those 3 pinches keep the screen from flipping. If still a problem you should contact 7th Floor customer service and they will take care of it.

The smaller screens should fit the new water pipe adapter perfectly. Do you have the new adapter with little pinches in the glass near the screen area or is your's the older one without pinches?

I sent my LSV in for repair on Monday and got it back on Saturday. I couldnt ask for faster repair service. 7th Floors customer service generously included some extra goodies in the return box. Hopefully I wont be having any future problems. I dont think I can stand anymore time away from my LSV!

Vitolo did you not get the instructions with your LSV? Your using it backwards! You need to start with lower temps and move to higher temps until material is spent.

You dont need a different heater cover, just mount the LSV at an angle. Check out the flexbar table vise I posted on page 18. (I always use mine hand held and gave up on mounts)
