Portland availability? Didn't bring a backup for the Hammer and I would be willing to just go buy at local shop. Anybody know any retailers in Portland that have these in stock? If not, I might buy a cheap pen and do the cartridge thing. Never cared much for the taste though.

Just want to compliment DaVinci on their warranty service. I had to send my Ascent in about a year after purchase and again 9 months after that. Both times it came back as almost new. When they come out with the next model they already have my business.

I'm in complete agreement, it works but it's not the best. I started with the Iolite, which I think was better. Next up was The Hammer. Didn't like it as well mainly because it looks like a crack,pipe. But both of them used much less pot and produced more effect.

OK it's been a long wait but it came in the mail today. DOA, I'm so bummed. But I called Illinois and they're sending out another one, UPS they thought it would be quicker. So evidently they do have a quality control issue, but they do seem to care.
