I saved $60 on my order, including shipping. Of course, had I known about this hierarchy among distributors, I would've ordered elsewhere. Things become a lot easier with 20/20 hindsight. Anyway, here are some interesting quotes:

You read that wrong. Supply dates for unofficial web outlets are "unsure". It seems to me that EZVapes acted in good faith and just told us what they were told at the time. You seem to disapprove of people who are sensitive to discounts?

Their IT guy will most likely take the email addies used in pre-registrations and use them as a whitelist in the order form's validation phase. At least, he should. Meaning that you can't even properly submit the order form if you don't use a pre-regged email.
