Hey @BuzzDanklin. It's been awhile since you've been using the preproduction unit now. Any new insights on how it's working for you? Not sure if 2 months (give or take a few weeks) is considered enough time to comment on reliability, etc.

I never received them either after signing up at the GH website. To my surprise, I started receiving them after I signed up for them on their Indigogo page.

I find it odd that the article writes that backers are unable to take legal action but fail to even mention if that's the case for those that pre ordered off their site. Orders from their site do not fall under Kickstarter rules correct?

You'd be correct. Mouth piece doesn't get hot while the unit is on and when there is no pull. Like I said, it was Buzz assuming that you'd get more time with respect to battery life by manually shutting the unit off after every pull.
