I can confirm they ship it bucket styled, they also upgraded their metal screens recently from the pic shown above and I love the new baskets, they feel like they are manufactured better and fit the stems better! I am one of the bucket believers, I get a more even roast with it.

PSA: Be careful cleaning your gongs/glass accessories in the plastic tubes. I was shaking mine and the round bottom of the container broke and popped out from the shaking gong went flying. RIP.

The honeycomb screen in my ice stem broke first time cleaning it. Did anyone else have this happen? I just used alcohol to clean it like all the other stems

Would you be concerned if you were in my shoes? TLDR: lowest temp for dry stem right under 5, water 5.5-6.5 (max) 7 is what i took a pic of, looks like some black or really dark brown in there

Would you consider the range I described above as too narrow? and should get it checked on?

and here I am not able to go above 6 on dry stem and 6.5-6.6 on water pipe. I never start below 5 either, I don't get much vapor if any at all. So my e-nano range is basically just 5-6 for dry stem, really small range I feel.

If i go above a 6 my stuff burns xD. I'm not sure why but I have a real small temp range. I only stay between 5 and 6, with water 6.5 is the highest.
