@Engineering Make a car charger, replaceable battery, and a better pong and this thing would be in a class by itself, in my opinion. Mine has a bunk battery though so a full charge only gets me one use on level 2 and dies while I'm heating it up to level 4, to finish the bullet.

Rumor is that is now the defacto response to folks with a broken cloud or cloud+ that remains under warranty.

What I do is fill tube slowly until it's a half inch or so over slits in the perc. Then I suck through to create the air pressure necessary to keep the water in the perc chamber. After that I slowy tip tube to pour out excess water leaving enough to cover slits in the perc by a 1/4 inch or so...

I tried the warranty registration process with Chrome browser and it worked this time.

Has anyone had success registering their EVO warranty? I can't seem to get the warranty registration form on their website to work.

Mine does same thing. I suspect my battery is toast and will have to send in for replacement. Mine barely missed the 3 month warranty period for battery. I can get maybe 2 uses but mostly a "5 light" battery charge gives me 1 use. When I go to charge it will show a "4 light" battery charge.

It has me nervous that I was shipped one of these mass exodus EVOs as the calibration on them appears iffy. I can't stress any more than already has been how sublime an original functioning Cloud is and anything less than my experiences with my OG ticker would be a huge letdown.
